伸缩装置的养护
正常的维修、养护是保证伸缩装置正常工作和延**命的必不可少的重要环节,因此,养护工作应作到如下几点:
(1)结合公路桥梁的日常养护工作,经常清扫密封橡胶带中积存的泥沙、石屑等杂物.防止影响伸缩装置受力时的自由伸缩,以及大石子等物将密封橡胶带刺破,造成漏水和漏沙土等,一经发现有破损应及时更换胶带。
(2)经常检查边梁与桥面铺装连接处是否有损坏、裂缝、渗漏现象,一经发现应及时修补,以免影响伸缩装置与梁、板间锚固强度。
(3)经常检查伸缩装置**面是否平整,如出现异常不平现象时,应进一步检查滑动承压支座或滑动压紧支座是否有损坏,如果损坏时应及时进行更换。对于MZL 型伸缩装置,设计中已充分考虑了零部件更换的方便性,并通过实验,证明是完全可行的。
(4)在日常养护时,发现伸缩装置各缝间出现过大的不均匀位移时,可及时检查位移控制系统构件是否损坏,如发现有零部件损坏时也应及时进行更换。该装置采用标准构件,更换方便。
(5)模数式伸缩装置,属于钢结构,尽管出厂前经过了较好的防护处理,但由于使用的环境恶劣,经过一定使用时期后,产生一般锈蚀属于正常现象,这时养护部门就应定期重新进行防锈处理,以保证伸缩装置正常的使用和较好的耐久性。
