橡胶止水带的设计与选用
1、橡胶止水带止水带的选择应根据构筑物的重要性等级、变形缝变形量及水压、橡胶止水带的使（应）用工作环境、经济因素等条件综合考虑确定。
2、橡胶止水带材质的选择可按下列规定
2.1一般情况下多选用天然橡胶止水带。
2.2当遇有弱酸、碱类腐蚀介质时，宜选用氯丁橡胶止水带。
2.3当遇有油类介质时宜选用丁晴橡胶止水带。
2.4当遇有霉菌侵蚀的可能时，应考虑橡胶止水带的防霉性，其等级应达到2级及2级以上。
2.5当使用温度为：-25℃-60℃选用氯丁橡胶止水带。-35℃-60℃时选用天然橡胶止水带。-40℃-60℃时选用三无乙丙橡胶止水带
3、橡胶止水带宽度与厚度的选择要考虑以下三方面的因素
3.1变形缝的水平及垂直方向的变形量
3.2水压力
3.3结构断面尺寸
4、与橡胶止水带配套使用的填缝板及密封材料应考虑下列因素：
变形缝处的相对变形量，承受水压力的大小，接触介质、使用的环境条件、构筑物表面装修的要求、混凝土断面的尺寸及造价等；填缝板可选用聚乙烯泡沫塑料板、防腐软木板、纤维板等能满足工程需要的各种板材；密封料可选用聚硫密封膏、聚氨酯、硅胶等，对防水有足够的变形能力、与混凝土具有良好粘接性能和柔性材料。
橡胶止水带的施工方法及施工工艺：

橡胶止水带是在混凝土浇注过程中部分或全部浇埋进混凝土中。由于混凝土中有尖角的石子和锐刃的钢筋，所以在止水带定位和混凝土浇捣过程中应注意安装定位方法和浇捣压力，以避免止水带被刺破。
The rubber waterstop is partially or completely buried in the concrete during the concrete casting process. 由于橡胶撕裂强度比拉伸强度低，所以如果止水带刺破将会大幅度降低止水带抵抗外力的能力。

施工工艺：
①在浇埋混凝土前应使其界面部位保持平展，接头部位粘结紧固；

②充分浇捣、振荡混凝土来定位止水带，使其与混凝土良好结合，以免影响止水效果。

③固定止水带只能在止水带允许的部位上穿孔、打洞，不得损害本体部分；

④止水带的固定方法应按设计要求进行。常用的固定方法有：在橡胶止水带两侧留有圆孔，孔径Φ5mm，两侧孔的间距分别为30cm，两侧错开布置，用细铁丝穿过预留孔，固定在钢筋或附加钢筋上，或**卡具固定，用铁丝和摸板固定等。
