污水管道闭水试验用堵水气囊的使用及安装注意事项：
Precautions for the use and installation of water blocking airbags for sewage pipe closed water test:
1、准备：先将管道堵水气囊充气装置的配件进行组合，做工具漏气检查。将气囊置于盛满水的水桶中并按住，用气筒向气囊充气，气压不得**过0.02MPA(0.015MPA-0.02MPA为易)，检查气囊是否漏气。
Preparation: First combine the fittings of the pipe water blocking airbag inflator to make a tool leak check. Place the airbag in the bucket filled with water and hold it down. Inflate the airbag with the air cylinder. The air pressure should not exceed 0.02MPA (0.015MPA-0.02MPA is easy). Check whether the airbag is leaking.
2、打开管道检查口，将管道堵水气囊从此口慢慢向下放置所需位置，然后向堵水气囊充气，充气至适宜的压力为好。
Open the pipe inspection port, slowly place the pipe water blocking airbag from the mouth to the desired position, and then inflate the water blocking air bag to inflate it to a suitable pressure.
注意，堵水气囊要避免放在立管管件接头处，
Note that the water blocking airbag should be placed at the riser pipe joint.
原因：（1）该处内壁有接缝，影响堵水严密性。
Reasons: (1) There are joints on the inner wall of the area, which affects the tightness of water blocking.
（2）以免堵水气囊向一侧膨胀，气压打不上去，如果继续充气，堵水气囊会被打破。
(2) In order to prevent the water-blocking airbag from expanding to one side, the air pressure cannot be lifted. If the airbag continues to be inflated, the water-blocking airbag will be broken.
对于铸铁排水管，要求清砂干净，内壁平整，不允许有毛刺，否则会影响堵水密封性，甚至刺破胶囊。
For cast iron drains, clean sand is required, the inner wall is flat, and no burrs are allowed. Otherwise, it will affect the sealing performance of water shutoff and even pierce the capsule.
各种规格的堵水气囊必须在相应的管道内使用，不能以小代大。
Water-blocking airbags of various specifications must be used in the corresponding pipes and cannot be used in small generations.
3、为了防止气囊与胶管脱开，在气囊和胶管接口处应用铁丝扎紧或用其它方式绑紧。
In order to prevent the airbag from being disengaged from the hose, wire is tightened or otherwise tied at the airbag and hose interface.
4、楼面的灌水口（也可以在检查口）灌水至楼面高度，然后对灌水管道及管件接口逐一检查，
The filling port of the floor (also at the inspection port) is filled to the floor height, and then the irrigation pipe and fittings interface are checked one by one.
如发现有漏点，做出记号，排水后进行修复处理；如为橡胶圈柔性接口，可在渗漏接口带水紧螺栓修复。
If there is a leak, make a mark, and repair after draining; if it is a flexible interface of the rubber ring, it can be repaired with a watertight bolt at the leak interface.
如灌水管道检查无一渗漏点，则水位可稳住，灌水时间延续15分钟，保持5分钟灌水液面不下降为合格。
If there is no leakage point in the irrigation pipeline inspection, the water level can be stabilized, the irrigation time lasts for 15 minutes, and the irrigation liquid level does not fall to be qualified for 5 minutes.
5、堵水气囊放气，然后徐徐抽出堵水气囊，注意不要使堵水气囊受损。
The water-blocking airbag is deflated, and then the water-blocking airbag is slowly withdrawn, taking care not to damage the water-blocking airbag.
6、取出堵水气囊后，水应能很**走，如下降很慢，说明灌水管段内有杂物堵塞，应及时清理。
After removing the water blocking airbag, the water should be able to drain quickly. If the drop is very slow, it indicates that there is debris in the irrigation pipe section and it should be cleaned up in time.
7、堵水气囊充气的方法，也可检查蹲式大便器是否渗漏。将堵水气囊置于蹲式大便器排水口并充气，然后在蹲式大便器内灌水（水位平便器上沿），
The method of inflating the water-blocking airbag can also check whether the squat toilet is leaking. Place the water blocking airbag on the drain of the squat toilet and inflate it, then fill the water in the squat toilet (the upper edge of the water level toilet),
如果水位下降，说明冲洗进水接口处有渗漏，或者蹲式大便器下水接口封闭不严，或者蹲式大便器本身有渗漏，应针对排除.
If the water level drops, it indicates that there is leakage at the flushing inlet interface, or the draining interface of the squat toilet is not tightly closed, or the squatting toilet itself has leakage, which should be excluded.
8、堵水试验应分区段（层）进行，试验结果应作出记录。
The water shutoff test shall be carried out in sections (layers) and the test results shall be recorded.
